Returns

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

Gift cards do not cover a full session. If a R200 gift card has been purchased, that R200 gift card can be used towards a session of the purchaser’s choice.

  • Downloadable software products

Gift Card Expiration

According to section 63 of the Consumer Protection Act, vouchers expire after a period of 3 years after the date on which they are issued. This can, however, be extended at the discretion of S Brazier Photography.

Reservation Policy

A signed contract and non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve the dates and times of the session.

Cancellation Policy

For portrait sessions, if the client cancels, they forfeit the 50% non-refundable deposit. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

Refund Policy for Portrait Sessions & Printed Products

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents S Brazier Photography from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled or client will be refund of their deposit, if applicable.

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; S Brazier Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (in other words, the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then S Brazier Photography sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, he/she must notify S Brazier Photography, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph.

Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, S Brazier Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
